9U

Because our House League is non-contact, we've found that players between the ages of 6-9 work well together.

Coaching focuses on proper technique for:

  • ground ball scoops
  • holding the stick & cradling
  • passing and catching
  • footwork
  • shooting
  • teamwork

Games will typically require a 2-pass-shoot rule, and rules will be enforced for the purpose of keeping the game fun and safe

12U

Because our House League is non-contact, we've found that players between the ages of 10-12 work well together.

Coaching focuses on proper technique for everything 9U works on, plus:

  • communication
  • dodging
  • using both right and left handed techniques

Games will typically require a 5 second pass rule, and rules will be enforced for the purpose of keeping the game fun and safe

14U

Because our House League is non-contact, we've found that players between the ages of 13-14 work well together (we may occasionally allow 12yo's to play up).

Coaching focuses on proper technique for everything 12U works on, plus:

  • offensive/defensive strategies
  • picks/screens
  • off hand shooting

Games will typically require a 5 second pass rule, and rules will be enforced for the purpose of keeping the game fun and safe
